Puppy & Companion Dog Training Classes
Due to the possibility of tighter government restrictions throughout January it is unlikely that I can safely put on a training class. At this point I have removed the opportunity to complete the questionnaire and will reinstate this when it is possible to proceed.
One to One sessions are still available and can be booked on the One to One page.
Welcome to the new era of dog training, which is ideal for both puppies and
adolescent dogs aged up to 7-months (exceptions made on assessment).
The Puppy & Companion Dog Training Classes
By training your dog as a companion dog will enable you to develop
real-life skills and become a responsible dog owner.
Safe in the knowledge that you have given your dog the very
best training to have a safe, happy, and healthy life whatever
situation may arise.
The Companion Dog is based on the Delta Society Minimum standards
for services dogs i.e. Guide Dogs, Hearing dogs for the deaf etc.
As these dogs are good role models for the type of behaviour that
our local community wants and accepts.
"Think, if your dog will walk well on a lead, comes back when called and shows
manners, what more do you need from a class"?
* Due to the current health restrictions the sessions will be held at the Scarcroft Villiage Hall car park, Scarcroft every Wednesday.
This will mean that for the moment there will be no indoor facilities available until restrictions are eased.*
The classes runs over 5 sessions for approximately 1- hour per class.
There will be no more than 7 dogs in a class, ensuring that each dog/owner
has the appropriate attention and guidance needed, which will guarantee the highest quality of training and instruction.
The Next Puppy & Companion Dog Training Class tbc @ 6pm - 7pm for 5 weeks
The fee for the 5 weeks training is £75, a £15 deposit (non-returnable) and completion of the Companion Class questionnaire is required to secure your place, with the remaining £60 payable on the first session.
