WOW!! What a month September has been, first there was my short tour of America that was as good as ever. I loved every minute of it as I got to teach and talk to lovely owners and specialists, as well as play and have fun with lots and lots of different dogs. I attended my first American wedding reception at no less than a country club courtesy of Lynn Davis Rosene & Marty Vogal, which I thoroughly enjoyed and even got to dance with the bride. I had my first Chilli Cook Off at an RV site near a river, which was just beautiful and luckily I chose the chilli cooked by my host’s relatives, that put me in their good books and toasted marshmallows on a fire overlooking the lake watching the sunset, perfection!! I visited an art gallery full of Monet’s and Van Gogh’s and other priceless artefacts and visited a zoo where you can get so close to the animals (some extremely rare) that you could almost touch them.
Best of all I got to spend time with friends and their families who I consider some of the nicest people on the planet, it’s a bonus when you can mix business with pleasure!!
Finally to top September off I received my university results and gained a 2.1 BSc (Hons), which I am absolutely over the moon with. All I can say is bring on October you have a lot to live up to!!!!
